Elizabeth St. Elite started out as a group of friends and players from the local North Weddington park league in Toluca Lake, CA. Our players have been playing together for years. Some on the same teams, some during park All Stars and some on other travel teams. This past summer, 2011, I was lucky enough to have a good group of kids who loved to play together and all happened to be the same age. It seemed a shame to end it once the park season was over. That's when Elizabeth St. Elite started.
Following the advise from that famous movie, "build it and they will come", we entered some AAU tournaments and the summer ARC league, had uniforms made and the rest, well it's not history yet, but at least we're still playing. Keeping a full group of 13 year old together has been the challenge as many coaches will tell you, but at our core we have several dedicated, hard working and very talented players. Hope to see at the gym.
